IE 7 issues

1. curser when clicking in a area you want it goes back 8 to 10 spaces so you have to go past that maney spaces to get in position. Also the typing is weird theres a delay of a second or more.
2. the scollbar, when tring to scroll down the the page keeps popping back to the top, after a few tries it will work.
3. and the most important the PC is very slow now. I installed IE7 last night but didn't notice this until I restarted the PC today. What do I need to do
PC is P4 2 GHz with 1G of ram. with home XP
this is the 3rd time typing this as it would refresh on its own.

 

Uninstalled and seems fine.
