deleting an identity in OE 5.

Please help me to delete an identity in OE 5. I do not know the password; and the user of that identity has left. I do need to delete this identity; so that another user could have access.

Have you gone up to File.....identities........manage identities......then removed the one you no longer want?

Daizy, without knowing the password, this method wont work.

How about
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/identities and click on the identities folders until the right pane has the username you want to delete.

Right click on the folder and delete.
