Changing XP Pro Loading SPlash Screen

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the Windows XP Pro splash screen it doesn't look like microsoft just named a file logo.sys that I can find.

 

It's not the same files as in the Windows 9x series of OS.

But you can go to ThemeXP, they not only have instructions on how to change the boot and logon screens but they have a great deal to choose from.

Be aware that you are messing with system files when you are changing these in Windows XP so if you're not careful when you do this you will see Windows change everything back courtesy of SFC.
