Is there a way to download the 66MB version of SP3 without installing it on

    I was wondering if there is a way to get the 66MB windows update version of SP3 without actually installing it via windows update. I did download the 350+ version to do slipstreaming on another computer but would like the smaller version to use on my laptop after I uninstall IE7 should the resulting IE 6 not work with windows update.

    There is no 66MB package to download.

    You either download a stand-alone installer @ around 300 MB, or use Windows Update to get a smaller install.

    Reverting back to IE6 shouldn't disable windows Update.
