IE or Firefox not loading [certain web pages]

    god im gonna cry lol its not loading, one of the sites that could stop this and it wont let me in, broni make it load lol, im joking but seriously its not loading, frustraiting hey! Im trying both IE and Firefox

    I did the LSP one the other one wouldnt load! It says no problems found, and when i press finish it comes up as:-
    No changes necessary, and 0 is the numbers of the list below it. I am now just about to restart, fingers crossed lol, talk to you soon

    Ok im back- nothing has changed except when i started back up a box was on my screen it is a Data Execution Prevention- name of it is Generic Host Process for Win32 Services??

    Go Start>Run, type in:
    cmd
    Click OK.

    At Command Prompt, type in:
    netsh int ip reset reset.log
    Hit Enter.
    Type in:
    netsh winsock reset catalog
    Hit Enter.

    Restart computer.

    yep done, now a box has come up for the Generic Host Process telling me that its encountered a problem and needs to close options being send error report and dont send

    Ok this is scary- i have it up do i do what it says, like all the warning procedures and all with the comand promp windows?am i gonna loose all my stuff on the computer?

    It wont work , In warning one i followed what it said opened a command prompt and typed in what it says but it tells me it cant find what i put??

    i dont think i can because i dont have the windows cd , the cd that put the program on my computer, the place i bought my computer from failed to give it to me!

    thats ok, i figured that, but i will thank you heaps for your time and patience and for trying to help me! Maybe my only option is to put the computer in to the shop, let someone charge me to do it :( lol thank you again
