    I have an ISA firewall. I can ftp using a windows 98 computer but when I try to connect to an ftp site using Windows 2000, I get a
    HTTP 502 Proxy Error (12015)
    Internet Security and Acceleration Server

    Would Windows 2000 SP 3 have anything to do with this? I also have the problem with XP machines.

    You don't mention what sort of connection you are trying to use (dial-up, broadband, etc) but here are a couple of Microsoft articles dealing with your error and possible causes/fixes

    Q279964, Q294722, and maybe Q283284.

    If those don't help, use Google with isa 502 Proxy Error and take a look at the 759 other articles dealing with the problem.

    Try configuring IE to using http 1.1 through proxy connections and see if that resolves your issue.
