SP3 Auto update?

    Hi, the auto update for SP3 has just popped up. should I download it now or wait a while, I see there has been a lot of disscussion about this but if Microsoft has sent it , it should be Ok ?
    I see it list the size as variable 66.9 - 316.4. What's that all mean?, I dont want a lot of stuff I dont need.

    SP3 was released to Windows Update a couple of day ago. Perfectly OK - I have been running SP3 Release Candidates RC1 and RC2 for the past few months with no issues and now SP3 RTM - as offered by Windows Update. No problems.
    SP3 includes SP2 - if you already have that installed the download will be the lower figure.
