whole word03 doc does into bullet form

Hi,

I have been experiencing this very annoying phenomenon with word 03:

in text, i go to put something in bullet form, but the whole text goes into bullet form, when i hit the undo button, the whole text reverts to how it was, and the line i want is only bulleted

this same phenomenon occurs when changing letters into other colors.

I have changed the template of word to arial instead of times new roman

plz, can someone help

Have you tryed running detect and repair? Thats normally where i start.

Control panel > Add/remove programs > office 2003 > Change then select 'repair or reinstall' then 'detect and repair'. Sometime it finds nothing but its always worth a try before you get into anything deeper.
