BBC News Ticker shows white screen

    I have Windows XP SP2 - fully up to date.

    When I download and try and run the BBC news ticker all I get is a huge white area which fills most of the screen !! I have to kill it from the task manager.

    I have completely uninstalled it (and all registry entries) and started again from scratch, but the same thing happens.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
