    Hello

I have five e-mail accounts set up within Windows Mail. Windows Mail has been behaving perfectly for about 18 months but suddenly it has started to be problematic.

If I click on reply it replies with a non-default e-mail address, even though the e-mails are coming in to my default address. Anyone got any ideas please?

    Thanks and regards

If it is anything like Thunderbird, the compose and reply window opens using the last account used. You should be able to select your other accts with the drop down in the "from" bar.....

    Hi Bill

Thanks for replying. No it's not like that. People are sending e-mails to me on one e-mail address and, when I reply, Windows Mail replies with an account that I rarely use, rather than the one that has been e-mailed (which is my default account). Odd and getting very annoying.

    regards
    Aidan

Sticking with the original post of the problem would be better. Then we could see what has been suggested and tried and not post the same thing again. Easier to tackle a problem if it is all in the same post.
