    Hi all

I am running vista ultimate and can't get any of the dreamscene wallpapers to run! They won't even display as a wallpaper, I've had them working before. My graphics card drivers are up to date ruining a Ge force GT! Anyone have any suggestion please?

    Many Thanks

    Gary

You don't say what happens when you try.

I suggest you find the executable (.exe) that starts/runs the program, right-click on it and select "Run as administrator ".

I have found DreamScene is something which I don't have in my version. Have you tried resetting to only use basic "scenes "? Something you are trying to run may be too hard for Windows.

I probably can't be much more help :p:)

What would I do? Look at what might be blocking it (hence my suggestion for running it as administrator, which may still stand). It sounds like some sort of security system may be stopping it...User Account Control maybe, BTW, do you have UAC turned on or off? Anyway, investigate UAC. Has a security program like a security suite blocked it?

Check in Help and Support. Check the settings, I don't know which settings :D Are there settings in any other places for it?

If you are using "standard" scenes, not those which may not be too hard for Windows to run, look at something blocking it.

Do you have system specifications to run it easily?
