How will I remove this bloodhound in my external hard drive?
what is the best antivirus to use?

also, I read a post elsewhere that combofix does something bad on your PC, and a "rootkit" is associated with it, so the person recommends using deckard scanner or comboscan in place of combofix. Does it performs the same as combofix? and also I been seeing a lot of logs concerning malware removal, how will I know by myself, as I cant make net connections easily to post my log, that the file is indeed the malware?

that's all for now, I post my logs after Im done...

    many thanks to the staff.

    Welcome to WindowsBBS bluemary1014 :)

I'd like to first respond to your questions/comments in regards to ComboFix.

No, ComboFix does not do something bad on your PC.
No, ComboFix does not have a rootkit associated with it.
ComboFix is a tool authored by a well known and respected malware removal expert and provided freely as an aid to those of us in the malware removal community for helping others, such as yourself. ComboFix is however, a very powerful tool, and used incorrectly, could render your computer unbootable or worse. It is not recommended to use ComboFix without the guidance of someone trained in it's use.

Deckard's is a scanner ...... nothing more. It does clean up some temp files when run, but otherwise is not designed to, or able to, remove anything else. It gathers information for those trained in analysis to use in determining how to proceed with identifying and removing malware.

Posting a Deckard's log is a good place to start. ;)
