trouble viewing PowerQuest support clips.

Visiting PowerQuest Technical Support site I was not able to see
demonstration clips not related to PM7.
They have the extension snt and I don't have software
for viewing.
I am tried from various PC.
With all PC I can download them, but I am not able to play.
May be it is possible to solve this trouble when someone can tell me what player I need.
For video (That are viewlett) regarding Partition Magic 7 no problem.
Problems arises for all other videos or presentations with the extension .snt.
I have asked help from PowerQuest.
They replayed me so:

"I did reply to this but apologize because it apparently did not get
through--Snt extension look to be based on Microsoft files, so you may want to try download the latest Microsoft Windows Media Player. "

But Windows Media Player works well with all kind of files Microsoft tells it must work and it doesn't recognize .snt files.

The snt files at PQ are zip files. Rename as .zip and extract the SCM file which is Lotus ScreenCam. You can download a player at

http://www.lotus.com/products/screencam.nsf
