   I'm not a pc tech but our father-in-law has a problem with the internet options its not in the control panel and with WIE open in tools it won't come up. What can we do to bring this up. thanks Dean

   Search your computer for inetcpl.cpl
   If it's missing...
   Put your XP CD in.
   Go to Start > Run, and type:
   cmd
   At the Command Prompt, type:
   expand D:\i386\inetcpl.cp_ C:\Windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl
   where "D" is your CD drive
