I have a friend that has error TFFsports.sys when loading windows on a Msi K8T NeoV motherboard. I have looked for the fix and have not found it as of now. Wonder if any one else has had the problem ? Seems like it is a driver maybe for usb port, but he never gets that far and can not get to windows even in safe mode. Any thoughts Gary

The only hit on Google for TFFsports.sys is in the thread you posted in another forum - is the spelling right? Where did you get the idea that ....
Given that there are no hits it's going to be virtually impossible to help you bar suggest a repair of XP.

I think the thread title has the correct spelling of the filename. :) Appears a trailing "s" was added in the message body.

    Google hits on TFFsport.sys

Mailman is right - you misspelt the file name in your post - that is what I read :)
Several hits, but no solutions on Google hits except this one - http://www.experts-exchange.com/OS/Unix/X_Windows/Q_21580797.html , but you will need to sign up to see it.
Loading as in booting up or loading as in installing?

The message said file tffsport.sys is corrupt and you were right about the filename but I was going from what he told me. But got the problem fixed today did not know it but it had a ide hard drive in and working so just cloned it and problem fixed. He was impressed so bought Acronis True image Thanks Gary
