How about a real URL that we can look at the source which may give a clue?

If the form uses the viewer's default email client you can view the source code of the page and see where the mail goes.

if the form uses an exe or cgi or php server side mail application then you will not see where the mail is benig sent to. That's one of the advantages of a server side mail app in that spam is kept to a minimum.

Okay, on the url I posted, click on it, and then select "Customer Service ". It gives you a form to fill out. I need a roller for a model 1500 Total Gym Pro. I filled out the form and submitted it, but I did not receive a response. The name of the company is Fitness Quest. Help.

It looks like what Tony said about exe or cgi or php server side mail application applies here.
