Program named "ifagent.exe"

    My IT Dept wants me to install this program called "ipagent.exe" on my notebook. i'm trying to find out what is this for but they won't say.
    has anyone ever heard of this pgm before and what does it do?

    i just found out that they are planning on monitoring everyones internet activity.

    I still want to know what information this program will send back to Five-O.
    Does anyone know?
