Why I have many errors when loading windows xp?

    Long time ago I was updating my windows xp computer from sp1 to sp2,I really need that windows service pack 2,I updated my of using automatic updates.and then the installation is complete and need to restart my computer,and then I restarted it,while loading the windows it just restarted again and again.....please help me solve this problem....

    When, during the startup sequence, does it restart? How far does it go before something goes wrong?

    Have you tried starting the computer in Safe Mode (tapping the F8 key during the BIOS sequence)?
