error message lulnchr.exe

    I get this error message every time i try to turn off the pc or to reboot it.

    LULnchr.exe .dll
    the application failed to initialize because windows station is shutting down

    LULnchr.exe is related to Logitech devices. Upgrade to latest Logitech software if have it.
