Clinking on my HD gives "open with"

I was trying to transfer files from old PC to the new one. first through the network, The old pc was slow, then i made the old HD a slave drive e to copy. The copy was sucessful. But could not open the Hard drive by double click again. I get "open with" message. What can i do please

 

If you are copying program files from a program that is installed on the old computer, they will not work on the new computer since the program will need to be formally installed on the new computer. Simply copying them does not get the necessary Registry support. This applies to any program that is not a "Stand Alone" program. There are many stand alone programs that will work when copied.

The same applies for user files that are created by a program. They will not open on the new computer if the particular program is not installed yet.

NormLLY WHEN I CLICK ON c DRIVE it should disply the content if the drive. but insreD I HAVE oPEN with" think there was a virus attack but dont know what to do
