I don't know what happened but the labels under the icons on my desktop are now in a blue box::eek: I can't figure out how to make the writing white again with no blue box. Thanks in advance

Right click My Computer then select Properties. Select the Advanced tab and click on the Settings button under Performance. Under the Visual Effects tab scroll down to Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop and check the box. Click Apply > OK > OK.

    Restart computer in Safe Mode.
    Restart in Normal Mode.
    It'll rebuild IconCache file.
