Periodically Connection fails

This is bugging me and I don't know if its my router doing this or something else.

I am playing Runescape on the my PC then my wife plays at the same time on the other PC on the network. We play for awhile(20-30mins) then it says connection problem then it resumes with the game but its only for a couple seconds it happens but sometimes it happens long enough to kick both of us out then we have to log back in

Here is another time it happens, when I play Counter Strike: Source it lets me play a couple maps on the same server then says "Warning connection problem" in the game then I lose connectively with the server.

I have tried turning off my firewall but that seems not to work.

Here is what I have:
ISP:Roadrunner
Cable Modem: Arris, Model#:TM502G
Router: Belkin: Wireless G Plus MIMO Model#F5D9230-4
I am only using LAN I disabled WLAN.

Any comments?
