Hi, I have a HP Deskjet 932c. I have been noticing an error message showing low black ink for a while. This morning it would not work at all. I got a replacement for the black but still nothing is working. I uninstalled & installed the program just thinking that might be the prob. It's using a usb connection.

Take the cartridge out and check the electronic connectors on the printer side for if they have any coating of stray ink. Use the cleaning instructions here:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=bud07585&cc=au&lc=en&dlc=en&product=61236

If you have not been there, this is the webpage for the printer:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...au&dlc=en&submit.y=9&submit.x=7&lang=en&cc=au
Try a few terms from the error in a search. Check on the installation disk for the manual and troubleshooting guide.

Hi Matt: I had a feeling about those refilled cartridges. This was the first time I ever used them. I went through the info you gave me and nothing worked. I went out and bought 2 Genuine HP cartridges. Black/Color. Every is working fine now. Thanks a lot mate.
