I have Outlook and besides having the contact list called "contacts" i've created additional lists and have seperated person's email address in them.
I just recently had to switch Pc's and when I open Outlook it finds the Outlook Contacts list but doesn't list my other contacts when i compose a new message.
if i goto the "contacts section, they are all there but when i compose a new message it defaults to Contacts but the drop down arrow doesn't show the rest.
Any suggestions on showing all of them.

The work around is to export the other lists and them re import them but that's a lot of work.
    thanks.

Do you have a problem or are you telling us how to do something?
In todays world, thumb drives are cheap and make things like this very quick and easy.
