I'm not seeing anything in your HJT log.

Try cleaning ouy your Temporary internet files and Cookies.

How long have you had AVG Anti-Spyware Guard ?
I have heard of this slowing things down a bit, might try turning it off in the AVG Anti-Spyware program and see if things speed up.

First off, thank you for the response. I have had the AVG anti-spyware about as long as I have had issue's with my computer being a little slow. Do you have any recommendations on another anti-spyware product on the market for free. I'm suspended from work right now and can't afford to purchase any new software. Thanks again-Chad

You have Windows Defender and SpyBots Tea Timer running "real Time" protection, AVG AS is a good program and can be used as a scanner only which is a good thing to do.

To disable AVG AS Guard.
* Open AVG AntiSpyware by double-clicking the AVG AS system tray icon.
* Click the Shield tab at the top
* Click on the word active to change it to inactive.
* Close AVG AntiSpyware.

Do this and see if things speed up, this way you can still use AVG AS to scan your system when you want.

You can go through these also, I would suggest to use Spywareblaster and maybe Winpatrol.
