    Hi,

All of a sudden, when I open up .pps files, I get the following message box:

    Exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c.

When I click Cancel twice, the PowerPoint Show will finally open. Any ideas?

I am running XP and Office 2003. I did restore from ERDNT but nothing changed.

    Thanks for any help.

I would try a Repair of Powerpoint .....

Open Powerpoint > Help > Detect and Repair.

    Hi Pete,

I did as you suggested, but it made no difference at all. The only change I made was that a HD containing data was added as a slave. The slave HD and its partitions now read E, F, G, and H.
The original HD letters stayed the same as C, J, K, L.

I am posting a copy of the error message I get:

Any help you can provide will be appreciate. TIA.

    Hi Pete,

Good News: I was able to fix it by giving the card reader drives the original drive letters as described in the link above. Thanks! The annoying error is gone. Hallelujah!

Bad News: Now the spare W98SE drive has the wrong letters and everything installed there will not work because of "path is not found." Another problem is fix. :(
