    Hey, im a bit of a noob with this but;

    basically, last month my computer had a problem where it would turn on, then enter turning on with safe mode then restart before it fully loaded. This problem consisted until we bought a new harddrive where the problem seemed to be fixed, then after a week of having the new harddrive the problem came back.

    To sum it up; i turn on my computer, then it restarts, loads up, restarts. and it goes like this till i pull the plug out.

    help pls XD

    in seems to me that in might be a program you have installed, or possibly a file/folder. Have you fully scanned for viruses , from top to bottom?

    Also have you added any new hardware, such as video cards, sound cards, ram?

    Also try blowing out the case and fans with a can of dust spray, sometimes all that dirt will clog the system fans and cause comp to overheat and do funny things like that
