My question concerns Word 2007, which we recently installed. Is there a way, when printing a multi-page document, to make it print starting with the last page first? That way when you're done printing, the document is in order. Obviously, this would be more important on a lengthy document, but some of my kids' school papers can by quite long. It seems to me our old version of Word did this. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Could be in TWO locations ... Printer settings or WORD.

    PRINTER
When you click on "Print" request (from any screen) brings up printer dialog box. Click on Printer "Options ". Now the hunt begins. For my HP(1) clicking on the "Basics Tab" brings up some print options. Under "PAGE ORDER are two options ...
    Front to Back.
Back to Front (this is the one you want).
By taking this option, all your print jobs will use this default.
My other printer, HP(2) does not have this option, BUT prints out "Back to Front" by default.

    WORD
I'm using a much older version of Word, but possible the option you are looking for will be similar. Try the following ...
On top toolbar, click on Tools
    select Options.
    Click on Print Tab.
This will bring up a dialog box. Look for a phrase "Reverse Print Order ". Put a "Tick" (enable) the option. If it is already Ticked, removed Tick. This may be a required setting if you have a printer like my HP2. Would not hurt to close/reload Word.. try a print run.

To expand on Dennis L's suggestione on Word 2007 .....

Open Word 2007 and click on the MS Office Button top left hand corner of the screen.

At the bottom of the window that opens click on Word Options and in the window that opens click on Advanced in the left hand column and scroll down to Printing and check 'Print pages in reverse order'.

Why MS had to alter things I have no idea, but it is confusing, time wasting and very irrutating - and far from user friendly for users upgrading from earlier versions.
