    Hi everybody,

    I am new to this forum and I just subscribed because I have a question for you all :)

    This is briefly the situation;

    I am in my office, accessing Internet through a proxy. This proxy is quite annoying cause it blocks majority of sites and makes navigation really a nightmare (even in the lunch time :()

    Yesterday a miracle! I connected without the proxy information and I was able to access internet and everything ( only from my pc and from my network point was possible).

    Today the situation has come back as always.

    Since I wanted to try to force my pc to use the same yesterday IP, I wanted to know from you if there is a log on my pc of the IP recently used...

    (If anybody have any hints about what happened yesterday, do not hesitate to express :) )

    I am using MS VISTA and IE 7.0 (firefox for leisure navigation)

    thanks a lot for all your feedbacks,

    Lorenzo

    As much we welcome postings from new members, I have to close this thread.

    I'm afraid we are not here to help you circumvent your company's IT and security policies. However, please do post your genuine computer problems and we'll be happy to help.
