    mb:ASUS p5pe-vm
    cpu: PD 915,PD 925,Celeon 420
    My bios setting is {MPS Revision[1.1] ,MAX CPUID Value[Enabled]}
    when I use PD 915 & PD 925,I can boot into the NT4.0. But When I use Celeon 420,I can't boot into NT4.0.

    IF I set my bios{MPS Revision[1.4],MAX CPUID Value[Disabled]}
    All the cpu can't boot into NT4.0.

    Please help me.

    I doubt you'll find much help; NT 4.0 has been unsupported since 2004, and the latest code change was SP6a back in July 2001.
