My laptop connects to my school network however it will not connect to the internet. I have contacted my school's help desk and they cant seem to fix it. When I check the connection it shows:

    Unidentified Network (Public Network)
    Access: Local Only
    Connection: Wireless Network Connection (NYIT)
    Signal Strength: Very Good

I have tried to get new ip settings, and reset the network adapter but it didn't help.

I think the problem is that it can not identify the school's network, every so often it would try but it keeps displaying unidentified. I don't know what else to try.
