When the computer is inactive, it leaves the desktop and goes to to what I call a home page. You then have to click on your log on icon to get back to it. I've looked everywhere to keep it from doing it and can't find it, please help. It's no biggie, just aggravating.

Check the settings in two places:

    Right-click on the desktop > Properties > Screen Saver > ...

    and

    Control Panel > Power Settings > ...

As Christer indicated: Display Properties > Screen Saver tab, and un-check On resume, display Welcome screen.

Thanks, I found it a bit after I had posted last night but BBS was down when I tried to call it up. Thanks anyway for responding.
