text file opening

    This is probably and easy one but I can't seem to crack it!!!!

    I am opening a text file which is associated with notepad.exe

    I cannot seems to get it to open in a full window. It opens
    in a narrow window and I then have to maximize it.

    Opening notepad.exe itself..opens maximized!!!

    ?????????

    At a guess you have some bit of code in the text file that is causing the issue. And may well be one that notepad doesn't know exactly how to deal with.

    If you want to revert the thing to pure text so notepad can deal with it, open edit and remove anything that isn't text.
