F11 key not working

Hello:
My F11 "full screen" key is not working.
Nor do i have a "full Screen" icon at top.
Where/how fix this ???

Hi MIR11,

Can you place your mouse on an open area of the screen you would like to enlarge, right click the mouse and see if Lock toolbars has a check mark next to it...If it does, remove the check mark. Then go to View and click on Full Screen...Hopefully that will enlarge the screen.

If it does, click on the F11 button and see if it then shrinks the screen and click on F11 again to see if it enlarges it...Providing it does both, your problem could now be resolved...Either way, post back here and let us know.
