Outlook 2007 Running SLOW...

    I have a new Pc with 2GB RAM fast processor and currently using Office 2007. We are using Outlook 2007, when i open the pgm its slow in opening and at times when clicking on an email or attachment its slow opening as well. i've downloaded all updates for office & Outlook and same problem.
    I've installed Outlook 2007 on another Pc and same thing.

    Note: I'm on a POP3 email enviorment not Exchange.

    Has anyone seen this before and what to do to speed it up.

    Has it always been slow? Have you tried doing a Disc Cleanup with ALL the boxes checked then seeing if you need a Disc Defrag?

    i've installed Outlook on to 2 new Pc's just out of the box.
