Lately my computer won't let me click on web sites from the email or from the screen for ebay mytool bar items. Can someone tell me why this is and tell me how to correct it? I have deleted all the files that I thought could have a virus or any thing like that and still can't get the web sites to come up. Please advise.

Do not be concerned about this - msjava.dll does not exist in XP since the court case between MS and Sun some years ago.

Has re-registering those components enabled the hyperlinks to work?
That concerns me - how did you detect these files - with antivirus software or .... ??

PeteC, after I installed the new commands that you gave me it still would not work. I deleted the files from the control center on the computer. I am using AVG antivirus software and the panicware popup blocker. I have two computers here and one will still allow the url's to be accessed from the email and my main computer that I use still will not access the url's.
I looked in the control center at all the files and could not find a file that I thought might be blocking the url's.
Thanks for all of your help!

PeteC, the last instructions helped me to fix the problem. When I sent you what my computer was doing I forgot to tell you that I was running firefox and internet explorer. I have been having problems with popup ads that I could not stop and was trying firefox to see if I liked it better than explorer.
When I followed the instructions on the last download from you I saw that the instructions after I opened the file to change the settings was for firefox and I finally deleted firefox to make the url's work.
Your instructions have really helped me and I really, really, thank you and the
    WindowsBBS web site.
