Windows Vista Deleing temp files that Ccleaner and Disk Cleanup don't get

I seem to have a lot of temp files (technically, files of documents I work in) that don't get erased, even after using those two programs.

See, for example, this image, taken just after using both:

This isn't a major problem, but it just seems strange that with Word not running, and after numerous reboots (one document was dated to December) those files are still there. Its a minor annoyance, I know, but still I'd like to get rid of them if I can.

 

Make new registry file named RemoveTemp.
Open notepad and paste this info and finally save as *.reg file.After that you will be able to remove temp files.Just right click on RecycleBin and chose Remove Temp Files
