MS outlook 2003 I delete all my inbox and by mistake delete folder As well

    Hi There,
    I am in great panic I need you help My mistake I delete all my inbox and than delete all my delete folder as well.
    My question is
    Is there is a way to recover this
    I tried Filerecover software it finds lot of file but no ides which file I am looking could help me thk

    If this is a home machine you're out of luck as far as I know.

    If it's a company machine and you use Exchange Server, your IT guys mught be able to help.

    Outlook 2003 has a built in Backup function you should start using. (file->backup)

    no home based Business pc

    Thk but I losed all coz of my stupid decision about deleting spams by mistake I delete all inbox and delete item.Is there is a way to recover that what file I am looking?Thk

    Outlook stores all mail in One file usually called Outlook.pst

    Sending deleted mail to the delete folder is the built in protection. Once you delete that, the system thinks you know what your doing and that you really want the mail gone;)
