Page comes up blank

When I enter this URL I just get a blank whit a small square logo in the top left hand corner.

The URL relates to a financial services guide necessary to read before filling their forms.

I have Acrobat Reader installed

When I click on it, it opens the page you are seeking...But because I am not positive what's behind the 8-ball, I can only ask you to check your security settings by going to the top of your page, click on tools and then internet Options...Click on the "Security" tab and see if the slider is set at Medium...If it's not, please try setting it to that which would mean in this case to lower it and then try that web site again...Keep us posted...

I reset to default and that sorted out that issue.
I obviously had my settings too restricted.
