Outlook 2003 block sender/email

    my user's are always getting spam emails and when they block the sender, the email still comes in with different sender... is there anyway solution to blocking these emails? instead of having to block sender every time?... im working with executives so its really important, THANKS!

    When this happens you can only continue doing the blocking thing..

    If your company is large enough to be using Exchange Server, the mail can be blocked before it gets to the user.

    we are using exchange server... how would i block this mail before it gets to the user?
