I have a LAN of 12 Systems. It was working fine few days ago but now few systems are not connecting with the Server. Though they show that the LAN is connected and they get the Internet but when I try to connect them with the server then it shows "Network Path not Found ". Even i tried with the IP but results were same.

First thing to check is that all the computers are on the same subnet. That is that their IP address all start with same numbers. So if your server is at 192.168.0.1, all the PCs have to have addresses that start 192.168.0. You can use this utility to check whether the IP address of two network devices belong to the same subnet. If you find some of the PCs have different subnets, I expect that what has happened is that your router has reset, it's DHCP service has started and it is giving out different address to the DHCP service on your server.

Also check that all the PCs have their primary DNS set as the IP address of your server. Again, router DHCP issues can cause problems here.

Next thing to check is whether this is a permissions problem. To test this try logging on to the problem PC as a domain admin, and see if you can map the drives then. This won't fix the problem, but will tell you that the problem relates to permissions rather than an underlying network problem.

Does the server still have internet access?

You could start by following what I've posted in my first response. Have you tried any of that? How did you get on?

that means remove all the network cables. after few seconds ,

    Hello Qadeer

First you need to do what Reggie asked in post #2 and report back.

Then on server go to cmd prompt
    type

    ipconfig

    get server IP

go to one of WorkStations that fail and
    type

    ping (ip # of server)
    then
    ping (servername)

Now back to the server and
ping (the workstation you were just at by name and IP)

    Report results back

    Mike

One other thing to check is to make sure your date and time are set correctly on all the computers. We had a computer the other day get off by a year some how. It was able to connect to the web, but couldn't connect to any domain resources.
