Forcing a signature for Outlook users

    Hello. My company has decided that all emails sent by our users should include the message "Please consider the environment before printing this email." at the bottom of the email. The message includes a small picture/logo as well.

    Is there some way to configure this message via the AD? Users are all using Outlook 2003 sp2, and we are running Exchange 2003.

    Another thing is that many users already have a signature configured, so I would like the message to be added to what they have rather than overwriting their signatures with a single standard one.

    I've also posted this under Internet/Networking\Microsoft Mail, just in case.

    I agree, you want to be doing this at the exchange level rather than outlook.

    You need to buy a 3rd party app to do this....however with my company we achieved it using McAfee Group Shield for Exchange which we were already using so it was a 'free' solution.
