AdWare.Win.32 Virtumonde

for the last week my anti virus detects the AdWare.Win.32 Virtumonde IT cant not disinfect but it can only delete the file.. im affraid to delete the file cause it may cause some of the programs to stop working.
Is there a safe way of disinfecting or getting rid of this problem without wrecking the programs the file comes from?

A few questions, Please answer them for me.

What are the programs you refurring to?

Did you put this into your Host file?

Did you knownly install Crawler tool bar?, It is adware related, do you wish to keep it?

Why is this on a F Drive and is it a removable Drive? Like a USB Thumb Drive?

Please answer these questions.

Now please do the following.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (dss.exe) and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges to complete the following.

• Close all other windows before proceeding.
• Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
• When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy and then paste the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Please post the “main.txt” log only for now.
