    Hi Everyone:

Am running 2003 Microsoft Office Outlook address book on Windows XP. My problem is that the default settings transfer all incoming mail CCs or multiple addressee to an email address storage file so that when I type the first initial of an active address book entry, I get several names and addresses that appear for selection.

Can someone please suggest a path where I can delete extraneous names and add valid ones to the address book.

Thanks. This is driving me nuts.

When you type in the recipient box on your email, the cached address should show up. If you're asking how to delete bad ones and keep the good ones it's showing, just use the arrow keys to highlight the bad one, then hit the delete key on your keyboard. This will remove the address from the cache.

    Hope this helps.
