Error help

    My grandmother can't access the internet. She keeps getting this error: c:windows\system\shdoclc.dll\syntax.htm. If somebody can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

    This could indicate that the page can not be displayed, possibly because of removal or name change. Has she tried more than one URL?

    Yes. I tried going to a couple of different web sites. It won't let her connect to the internet.

    Miz I thought that second link you provided was it, but I went to her house and she upgraded to 6.0. I've been searching microsofts website and can't find anything yet.
