    Hi
Maybe some of you poeple could help me out with this issue.
I have a problem with a font manager ('The Font Thing') working in a limited account.

I had been able to work with it previously, by setting Windows/fonts folder permission to Full Control to Everyone or to Users (can't recall exactly).

But recently i've turned Simple File Sharing on for some reason.

When i tried to return to previous state, i couldn't see installed fonts in the font manager anymore, with its message "Failed to set data for ".
I tried to give Full Control to Everyone, Users, Power Users, System, Creator owner, Admins - on fonts folder (in Windows) to no avail.

How come it worked previously and now it doesn't?

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Have you looked on the font manager's web site for the error: "Failed to set data for ".

It is very old app (although i had similar problems when tried other newer font managers), without real support site available.
But you gave me an idea to send mail to its creator. I did it, and now am waiting for response.

    Thanks

    Any other suggestions are welcome.
