Cannot Open Pictures [jpegs]

    My sister-in -law cannot open my pictures I sent her , she says she doesnt have a program to open them. They are a JPG File. She has IE , shouldnt that be able to open them. Where can I get a download program that will open them?

    In XP jpegs should open in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer by default by double clicking on them - has she tried that?

    Irfanview is an excellent freebie viewer and editor which should suit her fine if the above does not work.
