As of today, I can't log on to my Windows XP2 computer. It requests a password, which I never have used in the past. I have had the XP computer since 2000. If I don't put in a password, the only choice I have is to shut down.I can't get to the login window where you just click your name. Microsoft was of no help. Their solutions happen after login. Is there a solution?

Hi, Haroldo1. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

Are you running XP Professional or XP Home (which)?
