One of my customers had Virtual cd 1.0 on his hdd and created a few images with it . After a recent system crash , he luckily had enough time to backup all his FCD images . However the problem starts here .....

He bought Virtual CD 4.03 and wants to import his previous Virtual Cd's which he has on a Tape Backup

Is their any way to importing the fcd's , without having to rip them in again ???

    Replies Appreciated

I guess I don't see the problem. Unless VCD images from version 1.0 are not compatible with images from v.4, why can't he just copy the images from tape to his HD?

The older versions use a different format but if you payed for the new version, it will convert them. If you only have the trial version, you're outta luck.
