Task manager and Registry editing has been disabled by my administrator.

    I am administrator and when I tried opening task manager an annoying pop up came up telling me it has been disabled by my adminstrator, as well as registry editing.

    I'm not that great at computers, and need to know in very simple step-by-step ways, how to fix this?

    It's highly likely that you have an infection causing this. Recommend you read this post and create a new topic in the Removing Spyware and Viruses forum.
